In this installment of Skyblux news, we will give you a brief overview of our current Technical Development Manager, Kleytman Aular.Kleytman has more than 5 years growing as a professional and participating in the growth of the company from the technical side. Now some may wonder what our technical director does on a daily basis. Well, he is mostly in charge of defining development strategies, managing the tasks and performance of the team of developers and elaborating proposals from the technical point of view. Given his extensive experience in development and Salesforce CRM is one of the main references when making new implementations. Some of the things he is passionate about in his work are: the satisfaction of being able to improve the processes of our customers, knowing that with each successful project or even each small element within a project, it is possible to reduce the effort of users and that this increases the effectiveness and value of the work. Likewise, having the possibility of seeing the growth of each professional within the company, witnessing how they acquire knowledge and independence in their work and how each one manages to make a positive impact on the projects they participate in.For Kleytman, one of the challenges she faces is managing the diversity of project scenarios and knowing how to manage my time and priorities, as well as delegating activities to achieve the objective of meeting the projects both in time and quality. Another important challenge is to keep abreast of advances in the technological area without neglecting the responsibilities and fulfillment of ongoing projects. When we asked him about his hobbies we came across a big surprise and that is that since childhood he has been attracted to video games, and that was one of the reasons why he became interested in the world of computer science. From there came his interest in programming. Now he is surrounded by his passions that make him grow every day, video games and programming. Although he clarifies that sometimes he has little time to enjoy video games.
